Yesss you had me at "The future is now, baby, and you’re working in it." and my current OOO is a lighter version of "If you need me urgently, reach back out in Sept" - I'm not promising to do anything at all on my end, in any timeframe.
All this is so real and so true - the amount of work we're doing has increased. Speed has increased. Expectations have increased. It's gross, and I don't know how to slow it all down.
I think my conclusion is - we can’t slow it down but hopefully we can, in some way, protect ourselves from being completely emptied out by it. It’s not especially OPTIMISTIC of me lol
