I’m totally struggling with explaining clarity too! And I think your metaphor of the poster is spot on. I (reluctantly) agree that movement is the key. I’m a chronic thinker. Butttt.. I also think that going inward to examine yourself, discover your skills, your values, your purpose, is also a certain type of movement. However, at some point, we need to move outward too. To test the ideas we’ve landed on about ourself, our desires, and our clarity.
"Change only happens when we start moving." Couldn't agree more - I've been telling myself "momentum over maps" for months. One foot in front of the other. Just sit down and do SOMETHING. Lean into my natural inertia!
Love the concept for the program - small group program is my favorite mode, I used to run similar mastermind groups. People need this ❤️
YES! My thoughts move so fast, I can get a lot done in my head, but when I'm speaking to someone else... something happens in speech that gets me to such a point of more clarity, and better ideas, and new energy. I've tried to capture it with voice notes, which helps somewhat, but it's not the same.

Yes! Kind of like we discover our voice through the process of writing!

Thank you for reading and this reply - it’s so easy for me to forget that thinking alone doesn’t actually make progress for me :)
